The "Noise Buster Challenge” Contest is held from 01 June 2010 to 31 July 2010 (Singapore time). The game prize for this Contest is a 32 inch Toshiba 32CV700 LCD TV.

Employees of Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. and their affiliated and subsidiary companies, its advertising/promotion agencies or other vendors involved in the design or conduct of this game, their sales representatives, distributors, retailers, and members of the households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Participants (with valid email address) may submit more than one contest entry duly completed. All non-valid and incomplete contact details will be disqualified, at the discretion of the Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. In addition, participants must agree to the terms and conditions stated on the game site.

The participant who completes the game in the fastest time will be the winner. In the event there is a matching of the fastest time recorded, the winner goes to the first participant who achieved the fastest timing.

The decisions made by Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. are final and no correspondence shall be entertained for any reasons whatsoever.

The winner of " Noise Buster Challenge” Contest will be notified within 10 working days after the Contest ends via the email and contact number provided at registration by the Winner. The results may be posted on the Contest website.

The winner must acknowledge the email notification within 5 working days from the date the email is sent by Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. Otherwise Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. reserves the rights to select another winner.

The winner agrees to have his/her name, country/city of residence and photo taken during prize presentation to be published in REGZA-Asia website as advertisement or marketing purpose. Other personal information will not be made public.

The winner must come in person to Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. for verification of personal particulars with a copy of the email notification and NRIC/ passport. No proxy is allowed.

The winner will be notified on method of prize collection after the results are posted. Prize must be collected within 30 days of notification, failing which the winner shall forfeit the prize. In the event of such forfeiture, Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. shall select another winner or dispose of the prize in any way deemed fit.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.

All ancillary costs, for example delivery charges, installation fees, duties and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, to make any corrections or omissions to any part of the game site or replacement of game prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

Toshiba Singapore Pte., Ltd. will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of Internet entries. Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entries containing results being suspected of intentional foul play or tempering.

Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd., Ltd. reserves the right to make any changes to the rules & regulations at any time without prior notification.
